Welcome back! Thank you to everyone that sent the time and energy to check in on us.
This season we will be focused on proving out PHs, and not too much more. We may trial compatibility in a few, but otherwise the focus will be on preparing for the next few years. In doing so, we will only be pairing 5-6 in hopes of only having 2-3 litters. Also, in those litters we hope to finally produce a Carbon VPI Snowglow. We have a 50/50 chance! We were lucky in that one was produced this year by Jeremy at SBSF Reptiles. It was similar in appliance to a Carbon Snow, however, the Snows turn black and white at around the one year mark. We’re hoping the added Hypo gene will allow the animal to keep the pastel, lavender appearance. Stay tuned!

There are a few “secret” projects we don’t splatter all over the internet. We’ll save the Keywest, Motley projects for later lol. We’ve seen locking, and otherwise promising activity….perhaps some follicle growth in early Feb. The Male in this pairing came form Chaz @Lowkey Boas and was produced from a Hypo Laby Jungle Monstertail x VPI 66% Het Carbon (sister of the female of this pairing) So, imagine the wild possibilities!
Ovulation Witnessed 3/1/23!!! Due Date 7/9/23. Hoping to see Aztec/Jungle Hypo, Sunglow MT PH Carbon. If there is an Anery in there, this will be our Lotto!

As we didn’t see much going on with the Aztec Carbon Snow, we decided to try adding the Carbon Ghost Het T to her, and it was immediate. We believe we witnessed an ovulation on 3/19/23, but are still waiting on the POShed. This would be a great addition to the Laby projects, even though there will be a 50/50 chance on the Het Ts. If there are any Hypos in the litter, we’ll know got the job done. If there are Aztecs in the litter, then we’ll know the Snow got it done. If there are bot Hypos and Aztecs in the litter, it will be our second Lotto!
Her last shed was 4/20/23, so that would put her due date at 8/9/23. However, it’s looking like it will be much sooner.
